Prof. Heck as a guest on Antenne Bad Kreuznach

Prof. Heck as a guest of Antenne Bad Kreuznach – he represented the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld (UCB) and the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) at the business breakfast on 8 February.
In addition to the special features of the zero-emissions campus as the greenest university location in Germany, Prof. Heck also went into detail about the institute’s work in the areas of circular economy and material flow management, among others.
According to the moderator, the innovative mobility project based on hydrogen has caused a sensation. In this context, Prof. Heck explained how hydrogen technology works and the opportunities it offers, especially with regard to sustainable mobility. As part of the project, a hydrogen-powered bus is to be purchased for the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park region.
