The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) shows video statements of the Take17 winners on the occasion of the Urban-Rural Partnerships (PRP) Conference in Leipzig

What does sustainability mean for the future generation? Under this motto, the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) of Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld launched the video competition Take 17 last year, based on the 17 sustainability goals of Agenda 2030. Nationwide, young people aged 14-29 years were called upon to produce short films to express their view of “sustainability”.

The videos submitted are all unique and show the longing of young people for a fair and sustainable future. The Federal Ministry is also convinced by the entries and showed short statements of the winning entries at the Urban-Rural Partnerships Conference in Leipzig. In addition, the winning contributions are published on the Federal Ministry’s homepage.

All video contributions can be found here: YouTube channel.

The video competition Take17 is part of the research project “Sustainable Development Roadshow“, which is financed by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) within the framework of the “Research for Sustainability” (FONA).
