Description
The project is being carried out under the leadership of the North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) in cooperation with the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) of the University of Applied Sciences Trier and other partners. It promotes the use of smart energy management systems as well as renewable energies and the implementation of energy efficiency measures in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public buildings in the region of Greater Lincolnshire.
The project offers companies and municipal institutions the following services:
- Business consultancy regarding the use of renewable energies and energy efficiency
- In-depth business consultancy regarding resource efficiency
- Development of energy efficiency measures
- Financial contribution to energy efficiency measures in the areas of heating systems, heating control and lighting
- Material flow analyses in business parks
- Initiation of a stakeholder network to accelerate the implementation of energy efficiency measures
