Rural Inspiration Awards 2021: Our Rural Future – Nomination of the “MUNTER” project

MUNTER shows how more environmental protection and nature conservation can strengthen regional economic cycles by creating more value and development potential for the region. This can be achieved if farmers, municipalities, authorities and the water industry look beyond their own “horizons” and work together. It is helpful to remove senseless “obstacles and rules” in favour of a common good regional development and to develop MUNTER cooperative solutions for this very purpose – development is a question of local commitment!
