Hackathon Registration – Sustainability by Design (SbyD) Tool

Event Description:

The Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) of the Trier University of Applied Sciences (TUAS), Germany invites students, researchers, freelancers, and innovators from around the world to participate in the Sustainability by Design Hackathon in the framework of the EU-Project ZEEUS.

This is a research-driven, full-stack development challenge focused on transforming a real Excel-based sustainability assessment framework into a scalable digital platform. Participants will work individually or in teams of up to four members to develop a platform that evaluates entrepreneurship ideas for sustainability by design.

Data Collection and Privacy Notice:

By registering, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data (name, email, phone, and group info) for hackathon coordination, communication, and evaluation. Data may be shared with organizers and partners for official purposes and anonymized for reporting or research. Personal data will be securely stored and deleted within 12 months. By submitting, you confirm compliance with hackathon rules, consent to data processing, and participate independently, not representing any country or government entity.
