Am 05. März 2020 trafen sich Verantwortliche von TOMRA Sorting GmbH, Abfallwirtschaft Rhein-Lahn-Kreis, Interseroh Dienstleistungs GmbH, bCircluar GmbH und des Instituts für angewandtes Stoffstrommanagement (IfaS). Es wurde diskutiert, wie im Rahmen des Projektes TRANSFORM-CE eine mögliche Zusammenarbeit aussehen kann, z. B. durch Testsortierungen und Aufbereitungen verschiedener Abfallfraktionen. Dies dient der Identifikation der möglichen Output-Mengen von Sekundär-Kunststoffen, welche in den Pilotanlagen des Projektes hochwertig verwendet werden können.
TRANSFORM-CE wird vom Interreg North West Europe-Programm im Rahmen des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) gefördert.

TRANSFORM-CE – Cooperation between TOMRA Sorting GmbH and project partners in Germany
On March 05, 2020, TOMRA Sorting GmbH, Waste Management Authority of the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis, Interseroh Dienstleistungs GmbH, bCircluar GmbH and the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) had a meeting to discuss a potential cooperation within the project TRANSFORM-CE.
The cooperation can comprise test sorting and treatment of various waste flows. This analysis serves to identify possible output quantities of secondary plastics, which can be put into high-quality usage in the two pilot plants of the project.
TRANSFORM-CE is funded by the Interreg North West Europe program within the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
